There is a lack of postpartum support and education in our society, which is why this series was created. No mom needs the pressure to get their "prebaby" body back. Move with the body you have today, build strength and show yourself some love. You have  brought life into this world, your postpartum body should be celebrated and have time to heal.

This is an eight class, four week series that will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, and enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life.  


Our goal is to establish a solid movement foundation while also connecting with other mamas. This is a one of a kind class.
