The BIRTHFIT Basics is a 60 minute in-person consultation with Jess Brown. BIRTHFIT Basics is individualized to your needs. Where ever you are in the Motherhood Transition, from preconception to postpartum, this consultation can include education, support, resources and movement.
This class is ideal for pregnant and or postpartum women that want to train appropriately for birth, and a great option for women that have completed a BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series and want to continue to rebuild.
